八戸のスケートの歴史と昭和初期まで中心市街地にあったいくつもの堤を現代の生活にもう一度結びつけるプロジェクト。
A project which was done in Hachinohe city located in Tohoku, Japan. An attempt to revive the pond that was there 100 years ago to the old place. The irrigation pond is the place of birth of the Hachinohe skating competition, and it is also the place where there is a school which became a school because ground subsidence became a problem now.
